At MC Attic Conversions , our goal is to create a living space that is both warm and cozy in the winter and cool in the summer.
We achieve this by using only top quality products on the market today.
All our structural work, including RSJ beams, rafters to roof and joists to floor are designed and certified by an engineer.
We achieve a U-value of 0.16 on average through out our attic conversions which exceeds building regulations .
